Our main services are Reiki, which is a form of energy healing and various forms of massage such as full body massage, back neck and shoulder massage and indian head massage.
My primary focus is on balance between Body Mind and Spirit as well as stress relief and we are fortunate to have a labyrinth designed and installed on our property .
For those who are unfamiliar with a Labrinthe I can best describe it as :
A sort of like a maze but you can't get lost in it. There is only one way in and out. It is very relaxing to walk the labyrinth, whilst pondering some or other "problem".
It has an equal number of left and right turns which help to link the left and right side of the brain. While the left side of the brain is busy with the logical process of problem solving the right side is able to create new and exciting solutions which the (there is usually a place to sit in the middle) until you have come up with an answer. This way one should not lose too much sleep over issues which usually cause insomnia because the brain would have had a chance to process them. It's all about body mind and spirit. Although the labyrinth pre-dates christianity many of the early churches in europe had a labyrinth pattern on the floor, it is possible than prayers were said whilst walking.
The labyrinth also appears in greek metholodgy. It is also simply relaxing to walk through the labyrinth before or after a massage or reiki session and sit quietly in the garden and listen to the birds, a great way to relieve stress.
